Miami Fauna & Flora
Inspired by Miami’s Fauna & Flora, the design concept focuses on redesigning grocery stores behavior of single-use plastic through graphic design.

The subject matter of the illustrations are the fauna and flora of creatures that are most affected by the unfortunate vicious cycle of death by lack of oxygen due to pollution and plastic usage in my birthland Miami, Florida, USA.
Each imagery has been created based on patterns, colors and shapes found on the proposed subject matter located in the southern Florida ecosystem, with the objective to be printed on reusable bags,
more in specific tote bags, which are usually cotton made materials made to be strong, washable and of course, reusable for any type of occasion as a form of reinforcement on the thesis concept on habits and the fundamental tools of graphic design.
